Our first in-person conference held at The University of the District of Columbia.

Black In Neuro’s #BrainCarnival

Hosted at Fellowship Baptist Church on the west-side of Chicago. Over 160 families attended, to whom we provided activities for all ages and held ‘Chat & Chew’ sessions focused on Alzheimer’s, Stroke and PTSD.

For the 2020 PoS show, I was a panelist for the special session entitled Skin, Society, Science. In this hour long show we discussed the research of Black scientists in the UK, US and Canada and emphasised that even within the label of ‘Black’ we in ourselves our diverse.
